New Year and New You, make this your motto. Do it for yourself and make it a priority to have a healthy and  more productive new year.

 The People's Chef will take away your excuse of not having enough time to eat right as well as giving you options that taste great and are not loaded with preservatives.

 

It doesn't matter what healthy eating philosophy you buy into, in order to lose weight you have to burn more calories than you take in. In addition to lowering calories, you need to look into eliminating all Trans Fat, raising your good cholesterol and lowering your bad cholesterol. I also like to eat a colorful menu, meaning a variety of fruits and vegetables will give you a variety of vitamins and minerals.. it's kind of like mother nature's color coded, fool proof diet map.

Weekly Healthy Eating Plan

Take this off your To Do List, Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner, all prepared and ready to eat from The People's Chef. We will create a menu that you will love, not a standardized menu that everybody picks from. You will start your morning off right with egg white omelet and garden vegetable burritos just to name a few. Lunch will have protein packed smoothies, wraps and salads. Dinner your looking at whole wheat pastas, Mediterranean brown rice risotto, Rosemary ~ Lemon roasted Chicken plus a whole lot more.
