It doesn't matter what healthy eating
philosophy you buy into, in order to lose weight you have to burn
more calories than you take in. In addition to lowering calories,
you need to look into eliminating all Trans Fat, raising your good
cholesterol and lowering your bad cholesterol. I also like to eat a
colorful menu, meaning a variety of fruits and vegetables will give
you a variety of vitamins and minerals.. it's kind of like mother
nature's color coded, fool proof diet map.
