Chef
Dominick also known as The
People's Chef, has been creating meals and
memories for clients, guests and members in the
Philadelphia and New Jersey area for over 10 years.
Now he
wants to do the same for you!!!
- Chef Dominick started his career
at the Philadelphia Ritz Carlton while studying his craft at The
Restaurant School which is also in "The City of Brotherly Love".
- Went on to become the restaurant
chef at Founder's Atop the Bellevue, the classic French restaurant
in Center City.
- Worked for World Famous
restaurateur, Stephen Starr at the French Bistro Bleu
Angel.
- Executive Chef at the Yardley Inn
which is situated in beautiful Bucks County, PA. It was here that he
earned the name "The People's Chef" for his masterful menu creation
and giving the people... what they want.
- In 2006 won Best Entree
distinction at the 2006 Philly Cook's Competition, where he competed
against some of the top chefs in the city.
- Served as Executive Chef at Jasna
Polana, the PGA TOUR managed golf course in Princeton, New Jersey.
- Currently the Executive Chef at
the exclusive Pyramid Club on the 52nd floor of the Mellon Bank
Building in Downtown Philadelphia.
- In 2006 The People's Chef LLC was
created, although working in the private club sector is challenging
and has great exposure, it is the personal contact that Chef
Dominick misses and now he has the best of both worlds.
** This list would not be complete if
I did not mention my wife Loretta and three awesome children ; Lexus,
Dominick Jr. and Rachel Sophia, without them none of this would be
possible or even attainable. My wife is a big part of the business, she
is also a chef and brings both skill and passion into our food.
